Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not intuitive but once you know how it works great This divide comes with no directions; however, watching the video and reading a few comments, I figured it out. If you've ever had your eyebrows or upper lip done via thread, this is the same principle. You can feel the hairs being pulled out when you do it right. The arrows on the silver part of the handle rotate away from each other. Using one hand on the silver part of each handle, place the device on the surface skin - Don't apply pressure. Twist the silver pieces away from each other. The device will slowly move you the face, grab hair's in it's path and pull them out. Love this, on impulsive buy that was well worth the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best tool I got the hang of it pretty quickly however I’m not a huge fan. It works- but it is definitely not painless and misses a lot of hair. I had to go over the same areas multiple multiple times. I don’t like waxing so I may try to just use this because it is quicker and an at home solution. Any large hairs would hurt super bad so it really is only for peach fuzz and upper lip hairs or chin hairs, side of face hairs. I had a little redness/blotchiness in the areas after use from pulling hair out but I have sensitive skin. Overall I would say sure get it but it’s not my favorite beauty tool of all time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wokrs! I bought it at a store a few weeks ago. It took a long time for me to buy it because everywhere I went it was always sold out because a lot of people like it. So finally I bought it and watched a lot of videos to figure out how to use it. It makes me sad to see bad reviews about it because I perhaps they didn't try very hard to use it right. It's very well made so it will probably last a long time. I took it to a friend's house to show her how to use it too. She is very much interested. I kept my other hair fighting devices too but this one really works best on peach fuzz. Some people say you can't use it on eye browns but it's does a fine job on the tops of the brows. I am really glad I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A bit of a learning curve but TOTALLY worth it... I hope ya'll at tweezerman never stop making this. Ive been using for about 10 years (I first tried a lil while prior to that & gave up but then tried again & got the hang of it). I found that with daily use & occasionally getting sat on it it will last at least 2-3 years before breaking at the handle, which is a pretty good life span). I always have one as a backup but out of caution since so many amazing small biz are closing shop I'm going to buy a large quantity now just to ensure I will always have one for the rest of my life. The regular tweezers are the best as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST Facial Hair Remover Ever! Thrilled to see that other clients have glowing reviews on this item too! It truly is the best! This hair remover does take a few moments to understand but once mastered you too will be a fan. I find the best results come from keeping one silver band dial stationary while rotating only the other one. The fine hairs are pulled away and out effortlessly. A must to have in your beauty tools. I loved this so much I purchased them for family members. Great job Tweezerman your products are superior! Keep up the terrific work with your uncompromising quality!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Unfortunately this tool does not work for my needs. I was so excited to try it, and as I'd read mostly really positive reviews about it I was hopeful. I didn't waste a second after it arrived in the mail to try it out on my face (after washing and sanitising, of course). It simply does not grab my facial hair. After many strokes and different angles and attempts, and watching all the tutorials available (now over several days), I'm still disappointed. It grabs some but not all, and sometimes it breaks the hair rather than pulling it out. It's great for peach fuzz, but my problem hairs are so much gnarlier than peach fuzz, I'd give anything to just have peach fuzz on my face! I'd keep it there and avoid all hair removal tools and time from my life!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Silver paint flakes every time!!! The tool works well enough. Not perfect but it gets a lot of the fuzz after going over an area multiple times. The problem is: it leaves tons of silver paint flakes/strands (looks like small lashes) on my face!! I'm afraid to breathe while using it because I might breathe it in!! They can be as tiny as a speck or as big as the width of your pinky nail. I've used it at least 5 times now and still more and more flakes keep coming out!! I wish I could attach a photo or video to show how much comes out!! So annoying!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Omg! Where have you been all of my life?! Okay so I'm Latina and I've had issues with facial hair all of my life. I've tried waxing (but most waxes mess with my sensitive skin), the facial razor, and good ol' tweezers. This was beyond good. There is a learning curve and I thought it was defective but after watching a few YT videos and taking my time to learn how to use it, I was fine. Trust me, you will get frustrated the first few times, but it does work!! I found that the logo needs to be facing you, laying flat, and then turn in direction of the arrows. I had to go over some areas a couple of times, but you'll know what's right for you. My face feels smoooooooooth. I can already see this being part of my travel kit. I bought mine at Targhay and it came with a set of tweezers. WIN WIN!! I'm so happy with it and the results, I convinced another friend to give it a try.
