Rated 5 out of 5 by from Indulgence. I really adore Velvet Rose & Oud cologne, so this body creme really layers on the woody rose for maximum impact. As it's so pricey and rich, I only use this on special occasions and evenings out. Any of the cologne intense body cremes would make a fabulous gift. The black jars are just so classy and a lovely addition to any dressing table too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Welcome to the Middle East I purchased the lotion to try before the perfume and I'm glad I did. The lotion is beautiful in how it soaks into skin and the scent is feminine but masculine in some degrees. Subtle hints of incense give a warmth on top of the floral notes. It's wonderful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice smell, not as good as other body crème's. I've use Jo Malone body Creme for years for my hands and feet. First time I've used the black pot of velvet rose. Always used basil and neroli and nectarine blossom and honey. When using these, Ive never experienced and oily Finish and the feeling of skin cells rubbing away, but I have today the velvet rose. Even my husband passed comment. I adore the smell, but this oilyness and the skin cell feeling has put me off. My sister and my nephew tried it before I did and said how oily it was. I didn't be,I've them as never experienced that before. I wouldn't be able to use it before I put clothes on as the oil would get everywhere. My husband has bought me 2 tubs for Christmas. I will have to return the other one, I think as it's such a shame.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not my scent I had very high hopes for the scent... I do not like it whatsoever... very hard to find a good scent ordering online. Also the return process is so long, 7-10 days for the shipping label and another 7-10 for the refund. I'm sorry to say I will not be ordering from online again and a retail store is so far away from me... this is very unfortunate.
