Although I'm not that keen on the mechanism for dispensing the product which is also used by REN. I would prefer a pump, but anyway the gentle cleanser is so soothing especially around the eye area that I can make allowances. It removes makeup quite well and I do use it in tandem Sisley's gel cleanser.

If I'm wearing makeup I use Sisley cream cleanser first, then Eau Efficace for second and third cleanse. It doesn't leave any sticky/greasy residue which I tend to find with other brands. When you buy do bear in mind that yes, it's expensive but it's for 10-ounce bottle (not glass) and quality of product.

I like to use it in the morning too as a gentle cleanse before applying my usual Sisley skin care routine.
