SW seems to need help. This would be a 5-Star product if not for SW bluetooth issues. Difficult to simply connect and add prints. Most times it takes multiple tries, and then lots of spinning waits. Alexa interface always seems stuck on the wrong status---Open, Closed. Reloaded SW, have the extender 2 ft away. I am a test engineer...This needed more test and embedded SW debugging...STILL, love their products for their basic form and function and would love to buy more for ALL my doors! Freedom from keys and NOT needing a phone is a Win-Win!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best smart lock I've used [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third smart lock (August, Kwikset) and this is by far the best one I've used my a mile. The problem I had in the past was they were not consistent in working regularly either with the keypad or the app. I've had no problems with my Ultraloq. The thing that drew me to the Ultaloq model I have is the fingerprint sensor, while not as fast as my phone's sensor, it's still fast and it's my primary way of unlocking. The keypad has it built in also (not a separate device like August, which ended up failing on me) and works like a charm. I really can't say anything bad about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is so easy to install and configure. The directions provided in the package are easy to follow, there are options in configuring to match your conditions in terms of operation and pairs easily with WiFi to be able to operate via your mobile device. Hooking it up to Alexa was easy as well. A bonus is that you can hide a key behind the keypad should you need to access it in case of, for example, a power outage and your home’s WiFi is not working. My lock has direct sun on it most of the afternoon and I have not seen any fading of numbers or impact to operation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When a lock delights you [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install since my door was standard. The various unlocking options work well, fingerprint, proximity with Bluetooth, phone gestures, and the good old punching in the combination. There's also a physical key, which makes me feel more secure. The only issue I've encountered is registering one of my fingerprints. It registers then but doesn't recognize the finger. The second fingerprint works well Before this, I had a wyze lock. Also easy to set up. But it keeps needing calibration frequently. I wouldn't buy wyze again, but I would buy another ultraloq

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Lock I bought this lock several months ago after having a different one by a different company. I had problems with the other lock, including issue with the remote process that made it difficult to know if it was actually locked or not. I bought this lock and I have not had any issue since I got it. It was very easy to install and set up and it has worked flawlessly since that time. The fingerprint technology works great and the coding is also working well. I honestly wasn't sure if this would work as good as some of the more well know locks, but I have been pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Work very well except the bridge [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock in itself is very good. I like the design, and the fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate. The notification settings works as it intended. The bridge, however, is quite different. It fails to work whenever I need access my lock from outside, or 9/10 occasions it will fail to connect. My bridge is in close proximity with my wifi router, so it cannot be the wifi signal. So I have no idea. It will work again after I go home and reset the bridge, than when I need it again when outside, it will fail (most of the time) again. I hope more can be done to stabilize the bridge else remote control is almost impossible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superior lock We purchased this lock for the many features it offers. I liked the auto lock function, so I would always have a locked door. The multiple user function allowed my adult children access to my home in case of an emergency. It was also very easy to install. This lock worked perfectly until it started eating batteries. I notified customer service, and after sending a picture of the lock, they immediately sent me a replacement for its electronics. The company was easy to deal with and fixed my problem fast! It’s been over a year, and no problems. I highly recommend the product and their friendly customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A game changer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about a month into having this lock and it has exceeded our expectations. It is so convenient not concerning ourselves with keys anymore. The lock so far has been flawless. Sometimes the fingerprint option takes a few tries. But because there are multiple options to unlock it's never concerning. The only trouble we had was with the Wi-Fi bridge. Could not get it established and connected. The Ultraloq support was great! Great communication and suggestions. I still don't have it connected and I'm currently waiting for a new bridge they are sending me.
