Great on the inside
I purchased this laptop a couple of months ago as my old one stopped working. Working from home I was in a hurry to replace it. With only a few to choose from due supply issues I chose HP as I have had them in the past and been happy.
Although this laptop does everything I need it is definitely lacking in the looks department.
Flimsy casing that doesn't line up, fits under lip on left raised up on right. Keys are wonky and overall doesn't sit flat. Disappointing quality especially for HP.
Maybe there is so much packed in it's bursting from the seems.

Easy Transition
Ipurchased my laptop 2 weeks ago and have found the transition from my old notebook easier than I thought was possible.
This laptop is super fast on boot up from power off to internet connections.Nomore wanderingoff for a cup ofcoffee whilst waiting for it to start morning routine!
Keynoard has a really nice feel the 15;6 screeen is great all thats missing is touchscreen for those that need it ....I dont .

Suits me perfectly
Granted, I’ve only had this for a few days. So far I’m loving it. Sleek. Keys feel beautiful. Great screen size. Easy to use. Easy to set up. I’m going to be studying online in the new year so this is why we bought a new laptop. I think this is going to do that job & many others just nicely.

Feels good
I have only had it a few days but happy with the feel of the keyboard. Happy to have a separate num pad. Wish the keys had back lights though as difficult to see in low light. Computer is running windows 11 so getting used to changes. No CD slot and even less USB ports

Disappointed
I have just purchased a 5500 lap top when you turn it on you have to press right shift for 8 seconds to begin typing as all letters are locked if you stop and read something and start to re type you have to re do this all again . Very disappointed in my purchase

It has a textured case that looks kind of cheap but is easy to hold on to. The operating system has locked up couple times. Screen not as good as my older hp. Love the weight and that it fires right up and processor is fast.
