Terms & Conditions:

1. The Bonus Offer of a Harvey Norman Bonus Gift Card up to the value of $1,000.00, is available for customers spending at least $2,500.00 on two or more Eligible Kitchen Appliances at any Harvey Norman store (“Bonus Offer Promotion”).

2. Eligible Kitchen Appliances means all ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, refrigeration (including wine, beverage centre and integrated), waste disposals, dishwashers, hot water and hydro taps from the following brands:

• AEG
• Electrolux
• Westinghouse
• LG
• Hisense
• Robinhood
• Samsung
• Belling
• Euromaid
• Insinkerator
• Zenith
• Panasonic
• Whirlpool
• Sirius
• Bosch
• Haier

("Eligible Kitchen Appliances")

3. Harvey Norman Gift Cards (“Gift Card”) will be issued, following eligible redemption by the customer, based on the following tier system for total purchase amount:

4. Total purchase amounts are the total value of two or more Eligible Kitchen Appliances purchased and excludes Miele and Fisher & Paykel appliances, delivery, installation, Product Care fees and commercial sales.

5. Customers have the option to receive either a Physical Gift Card or an eGift Card (via email). Customers must provide a correct email address with their redemption application. Harvey Norman will not be liable for an eGift Card emailed to an incorrect email address.

6. The Bonus Offer Promotion is only valid for eligible purchases made during the period commencing 6.00pm Wednesday 21st August 2024 through to 11.59pm Tuesday 8th October 2024 (“the Promotional Period”).

7. Eligible purchase(s) must be recorded on one single invoice and must be paid for in full or have authorised finance terms in place. All eligible purchases must be delivered or collected by the customer before 5.00pm Tuesday 5th November 2024 (“Final Collection/Delivery Date”).

8. The Bonus Offer Promotion is only valid for purchases from Harvey Norman New Zealand retail and outlet stores or online at www.harveynorman.co.nz. Purchases must be of Eligible Kitchen Appliances and excludes Miele and Fisher & Paykel appliances, bench top kitchen appliances, non-built-in microwaves, delivery, factory seconds, commercial sales and bulk or project purchases.

9. Redemption must be made by the customer by accurately completing the online redemption form and uploading the original purchase invoice and receipt via https://www.harveynorman.co.nz/bonus-hn-gift-card-on-kitchen-appliances-august.html by 11:59pm Tuesday 5th November 2024. To complete the redemption process, the customer’s invoice must be used for proof of purchase and the customer’s name and address on the invoice must match the redemption application details. Customers will receive an automated email from Harvey Norman on receipt of the redemption application. The redemption validation process will be completed by Harvey Norman within twenty five (25) working days from receipt of the redemption application.

10. Goods must be collected by or delivered to the customer by the Final Collection/Delivery Date. Once the goods have been delivered or collected by the customer and the redemption application has been accepted by Harvey Norman, a Gift Card will be issued by the Harvey Norman’s Redemptions Team. The Gift Card will be sent via courier directly to the customer or emailed to the email address provided by the customer at the time of redemption application. On receipt of the Gift Card, customers may need to contact the Harvey Norman Gift Card Team on (09) 261 4400 to activate the Gift Card.

11. If the eligible purchase is cancelled and/or refunded, the unused Gift Card must be returned to Harvey Norman. If the Gift Card cannot be returned, because it has been used partially or fully, Harvey Norman retains the right to recover the full Gift Card amount by way of deduction from the refunded purchase amount.

12. Customer's claiming redemption must retain the original purchase invoice. Failure to produce the original purchase invoice if requested by Harvey Norman may, in the absolute discretion of Harvey Norman, result in the invalidation of a customer’s redemption claim. The purchase invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, the relevant model numbers of the Eligible Kitchen Appliances and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.

13. Gift Cards are issued by Harvey Norman Stores (N.Z.) Pty Limited and expire 36 months from the date of issue. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Further Gift Card terms and conditions are available in store or online at https://www.harveynorman.co.nz/gift-card-terms-and-conditions.html.
