Exceptional Service
This review pertains to the service from the Harvey Norman staff in Timaru, namely Amber and Saurabh. It was exceptional and I was impressed! Saurabh took the time to contact me about the product selection having identified that I may have selected the wrong combination of charger and cord - he was correct, and this was rectified at the point of dispatch (rather than finding that I had to return a product with the resulting time and effort and handling it would generate). Significantly Reduced Charge Times
Bought to compliment a newly purchased iPhone 12 and when paired with the Apple Magsafe Charger, I've been extremely pleased with the significantly reduced charge times. Definitely recommend if purchasing an Apple iPhone 12 or similar

Fast charging
A little bit chunkier than chargers we are used to, but the 20W charging is excellent and a slightly larger charger is needed for fast charging with the newer usb-c devices.
