Looks good in Theory Only! i wanted this of the side notifications. turns out, that’s the only benefit. i’ll start by letting people know of the most dangerous problem of this case! while charging via wireless , the phone within 10 minutes got so hot it stopped charging, and was almost too hot to hold. a definite no for any case! to answer/place calls is very cumbersome as it has a curve to fit the curve of the screen, that feels like it will make you drop it accidentally if you are not extremely careful. the case is not easy to remove once on, (sometimes a good thing), so, if you need to be looking at the screen for something like directions, or watching a movie, give that up, it's not happening without removing the case. epic failure as a case!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings definitely have mixed feelings about the cover after having used it for about a month now... pros: * sleek design, perfect fit with phone * tailored display bar when cover is closed is a nice touch cons: * when folding back the cover to hold phone in one hand, clear plastic edge curves out and pokes into your hand * again with cover folded back, camera can still take pictures through clear part of cover, but when you look at the picture later on a larger screen, image turns out a bit blurry (and smudged if you don't keep your cover clean)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Samsung let me down i bought the smart view case for my s20 ultra with great expectations. the case it self is wonderful and very stylish. the problem i have is the programmable portion. you can choose to have the clock remain on at all times but the notifications will display for about 5 seconds and turn off. to see notifications you must press the on button for them to display. i was hoping to use this case as a way of not having to even come near my phone and be able to see if any actions were needed from a distance, i.e text message, voice mail ect. such a shame with a beautiful case comes no personal setup choices.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from S-View Sort of i'll start off saying i love the look and feel of the phone very sleek and i like the feel of the material. it's also more lightweight and slimmer then normal. however, i will miss the full seethrough front cover from s9+ case. i could live without that, but taking away the stand option has now rendered this case useless, that was one of the main reasons i had it. especially for phones as big as note 20 ultra, to not have the ability to put it on a stand is a huge miss. you'll offer this big screen and will be working with xbox to get game play, it would be nice to have a stand feature.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not bad but not good either i like the edge display but hate the texture on the rest of the case. my last samsung case was with the note 8 and it had a full front that you cold see through and accept calls through and it folded out to be a stand in landscape mode. this one falls incredibly short of that case.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but missed the mark a bit i like the look of this case. the ability to see notifications and the time is very convenient. interacting with the side screen works well. while i liked the view of the entire screen on the s8 view cover, the slice of screen you see with this new cover is suffice and looks sharp. the construction seems better. i don't think i'll have to glue the plastic cover back on the case as i had to with the s8 view. two downfalls: the front flap cannot be used as a stand like the old view cover. i'm not sure why they dropped this feature. also, i'm guessing the case materials cut down the strength of wireless charging. my charging mat only increased the note 75% over 9 hrs. my buds live can charge through power share with the case on, but no matter how i position it, my watch 3 cannot. not good!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from S-View case not what it used to be i've had the s-view case on every note phone, since the note 3. this is the first time i've ever been disappointed. the s-view feature works fine, although i do miss the larger center screen of every other version of the s-view cover. the bigger complaint with this newest version, is they've eliminated the stand feature! the note 20 ultra 5g is a large phone. great for watching videos / movies / streaming shows. which i do when i travel... a lot! i hate that i now have to hold my phone for as long as i feel like watching various content. super disappointing. samsung really took a step backward with this version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Case!!! not quite sure where the negative reviews are coming from...this case if beautiful and fabulous! i love the sidebar with all the info you need. i love that the edges on the top and the bottom of the cover extend just enough to open the cover easily, and i love the color that they say is brown but in some lights looks like a muted pink, as does the mystic colored phone and in other light it looks all bronze - both the phone and the cover. perfect match. also not sure why people said that the curve on the cover cuts in to their hand...i am a female with small softer hands and honestly, it couldn't possibly cut into your hand as it is a dull edge and is barely felt when you turn back the cover.
