Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not my first life proof but could be my last I have had the case for a few weeks now and no matter what I do it always looks like there is water under the cover over the screen I have removed the phone and cleaned it many many time and still have the same issue. I tested the case as they instruct you to before putting it on so I know it not water seeping in it’s just the cover on the glass screen, I added a screen protector which made the issue go away but now have trouble use if the phone with both the case and screen protector on. Will most likely be buying a case that leaves the screen uncovered to avoid this issue as the new 11 pro is a bit more water proof then old models

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love this case I've been using the Fre case for my last 4 Iphones and it's perfect. I have a job where my phone is out in the elements often...and it's been dropped, kicked, and even ran over once and every time I go to get a new Iphone, when I pull it out of this case, it still looks brand new. I've always loved the slim design compared to other full cases of its type, and this one is even slimmer...and and controls are better. Only negative is that the screen protector looks like it has airbubbles in it, and I can't get rid of them...tried taking the case off and putting it back together 5 times with same result...but still love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing... I bought the 11 pro case for a Christmas gift. I was disappointed when the person who got it told me the seal popped out and we had to force to put it back in.... we are not going to place it in water as it will for sure ruin the new phone. I am not proud of the case even tho I always buy mine here. I also had problems finding lifeproof cases for my iphone x which is not that old and every case was back order.... The last two I bought lasted two months max and had dirt in it which tells me it is no longer « life proof ». My advice: don’t put it in water and don’t expect it to last long sadly it is not the same as it used to be. Disappointing....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Case, But Has Definite "Bubbles" Issue This is my third Lifeproof Case (5C and 7 previously), and I am still happy with the product for my use. As others have noted, however, there is a definite "issue" with bubbles on the front screen after installation. I followed directions, used the included microfiber cloth, and even wiped down the inside of case and front of iPhone with an alcohol lens-cleaning wipe. When I snapped in the phone, all was good for about 10 minutes, and then, poof, bubbles. So, there's an issue for your quality control folks to chew on. Other than that, I like the protection the case provides, and the fact that the case is not big and bulky. Great case - work on the bubbles.

I bought my life proof about a month ago so that I can be sure that whenever I have to bring my phone to work in the covid wards, its always protected when I have to wash it afterwards to keep me sanitized and free from covid. As always I had depend on lifeproof with my phone. Sometime I might have some difficulty tapping my phone but it comes with being it protected. My favorite color was yellow although would have prefered if they had made some contrast colors on it. I can see it immediately for its unique color from the usual boring Black. Sleek design despite its waterproof was worth it! My phone now is covid-free like wearing its own Hazmat suit and N95 hahaha.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dropped and it was safe... but those bubbles!! I’ve had the case for a little over 2 weeks. Let me give you some background. I’ve been purchasing life proof cases for ATLEAST 6 years. Only had minor problems in the past (echos but returned the case and got a new one and it was fine; bottom charger fell off and was sent a new one etc). But with this cate the bubbles are really making me mad & extremely disappointed (and yes lifeproof I put the case on in a room with very low humidity/moisture) Another thing I’m not a fan of is the silent/ring toggle- it’s a little dial you need to move- god forbid if you have acrylic nails like me. All in all a good case I would recommend it but it’s not typical lifeproof standards.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from From hospital to home I got this about two weeks ago and have not had any problems with it... yet. I anticipate the plug covering the bottom charging outlet will wear and eventually fall off. The plug cap itself is a pain to open, and gets easily bent around the edges. The case overall is easily dented. The screen protector was initially great, however there is a bit of a rainbow wave sort of distortion on it after a few days. Overall the product does what it says it does, protect the phone from the elements and uncontrollable instances. I have used lifeproof cases before and it has done what it was made to do. Although for what you pay I wish the quality of construction could be a little bit better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs a glass camera lense This is my 8th Lifeproof case. I won't upgrade to a new phone until I have the Lifeproof case sitting on my desk for it. The big issue is the plastic camera lens cover on my iPhone 11 pro. The plastic gets foggy in a month or so. Lifeproof is wonderful with warranty issues but it would be better if it had a hardened glass lens so I could keep it clear and not have to replace the case every 5-6 months. I also liked the rocker switch for the silent mode on the iPhone X's. The rotary switch sometimes rolls going into my pocket changing it's state when I don't want it to. With the Rocker, I could reach into my pocket and know what way to push it to go silent when needed. Otherwise an awesome product!
